Physical or custom items require full payment before processing.
- Processing times may vary depending on the item.
- Customers will receive confirmation and tracking information once shipped.
- All physical items are shipped via FedEx.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
