All eBooks are digital downloads. After purchase, customers will receive instant access via email or on the confirmation page. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
Custom & Physical Items
Physical items are processed after full payment is received. Once payment is confirmed:
The item will be prepared and packaged.
Customers will receive photo and/or video confirmation of the packaged item prior to shipment.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
All physical items are shipped exclusively via FedEx.
